Nationwide Building Society has cut lending rates on its fixed mortgages by 0.1 per cent. New deals include a five year fixed rate mortgage up to 70 per cent LTV at 3.89 per cent and a NewBuy five year loan at 5.99 per cent, up to 95 per cent LTV.
